The Penthouse Apartment is available to rent at any time
of the year for family, business or group bookings.
Currently bookings must run Saturday to Saturday and
dates can be requested via the booking form link below.

Rental Prices Per Week For 2006
A 25% Deposit is required upon reserving the Apartment
for bookings between the October and May Period.
A 50% Deposit is required upon reserving the Apartment
for bookings between the June and September Period.
A Breakages/Security Deposit of £250 is taken to cover
any breakages, damage to the property, lost keys, etc.
This Deposit will be refunded to you after your return,
and once the property has been checked by our agent
and the receipt of the keys.
